Eating sushi and watching explosions is interesting.....
Sitting there eating and looking at the spectators watch in aw, made me think that
whatever my thoughts are on the "Sirens" show, it brings in the big crowds!

Not to say that I don't think the performers are talented. Actually, I think they are very talented. I like pirates too. Something about lip sync acts just turn me off.
Siren Action!

While the show was going on I was finishing my dinner before I had to start my Interior shoot inside the Christian Audigier Nightclub. The shot settings on this photo was 40 SS, 1.4 F, 200 ISO. No flash or focus light.

I think I could've done a better job if I used a flash, but this was taken just for fun:)

Anyway! The shoot was okay. The place (C.A. Nightclub) is a beautiful place, but a bit dark and a bit difficult to shoot. I had to bring some lights and gels to get what I thought I was looking for. I still feel that I have to shoot this place again!

Here you go. Take a look:)

a pole?!
Yeah, the club has some go-go poles. They are brass. Shiney brass;)

Sick framed mirrors!! I really like this shot. I think this is the best of the series!

I have a 2nd shoot coming up soon. Which will be the Jelly fish tank and the Patio.
I will post as soon as I can.

seems like I'm gonna coordinate the look of a small elite restaurant in south italy here with my partner that will take care of the food part... so if the owner will give the ok I'll need some advice on colours and so on...

for great places to hang out seems like you're the best so can't wait to come by your parts sometime in my life... gotta buy some gear though before I can afford other things!

cheers and champagne,
ovi

Nice!! Congrats on the restaurant:) Let me know if you need any advice on colors. I'll be more than happy to help out, my friend:)

If you ever decide to come to Vegas, let me know. We'll party!

Cheers!

Love that shot of the mirrors because you included the art piece three times!

you know if you are gonna try it again, the place looks dark enough for some experimental light painting. Put the ISO down, and high F, then grab a light source and illuminate whatever you want to be seen for like 5 sec. Just an idea! Lookin forward to the giant floating condoms!

Thanks for the compliment on the mirror shots , buddy!!

I was thinking of doing the light painting thing.... That is definitely a good idea.
Most of the shots were set with a high F, and long shutter.
I think with the light painting technique, the shots will be come better. We'll see:)

I will have to light up those flowing condoms pretty well and possibly use some gels for dat shit:)

Take care and thanks for the input:) Cheers!!

I love your beautiful work. Your photography is so fabulous and inspires me that I think I will take a photography class so I can learn to take better photos. I can not wait to see more, please email me when you have an exhibit. Your tasty dessert photo is awesome. So real, I can taste it.... Ha!
Wow! You could be a high fashion photographer, food stylist and much more....
I know you are new to this and have a full time job, but you need to continue to pursue your talent on the side when you have free time. You are so gifted....
